Returns Policy

At Ballybrakes Bowls, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the criteria outlined below.

To be eligible for a return:

• Notify us within 15 days of receiving the item and an additional 15 days to return the item.
• Items must be unused, in new condition, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation (e.g., the manufacturer’s box, tags, protective wrapping, and packing slip).
• Refunds for cancelled items will carry a processing charge of 2.5% (4.8% if purchased via Klarna or PayPal Pay in 3)
• Opened items that cannot be resold as new are not eligible for refund or exchange.
• Return shipping costs for non-defective items are the responsibility of the customer.

All returns must include:

• The original packing slip (keep this until you’re fully satisfied with your item).
• All packaging materials, including protective foam, plastic bags, boxes, and labels.
• A return must be sent via standard ground shipping. Use of premium courier services is at your own cost and will not be reimbursed.

Returned products must meet all the criteria above. If a return:

• Is incomplete or missing components
• Arrives damaged due to improper packaging
• Does not meet the outlined conditions

…it may be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense. We regret that we cannot offer exceptions due to supplier and manufacturer agreements.

If your item is faulty, damaged in transit, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover any associated return shipping costs.
