At Ballybrakes Bowls, we aim to deliver your order quickly, reliably, and at a fair price—whether you’re based in the UK, Ireland, or overseas. Below you’ll find all the details about our delivery charges, timeframes, and shipping terms.

We offer competitive flat-rate shipping for all UK deliveries, including Northern Ireland, the Highlands, and the Channel Islands.

Orders placed from or delivered to the Isle of Man are treated the same as UK orders, with standard UK delivery charges applying.

We welcome orders from customers outside the UK and Ireland.

• Currency: All prices are displayed and charged in GBP (£).
• Shipping costs: International orders do not qualify for free shipping, regardless of order value.
• Shipping quotes: Due to the wide variation in item sizes, weights, and global courier fees, international shipping is calculated individually. We will always source the most competitive rate available.

We recommend contacting us before placing your order to request a shipping quote.

1. If you place an order without requesting a quote, we will contact you promptly with the best available shipping rate.
2. Once you accept the quote, you can pay the shipping fee securely via:
   • Telephone or email (credit/debit card)
   • A PayPal invoice or custom product link

For orders to VAT-exempt countries, please notify us during checkout. We will manually calculate delivery and remove UK VAT where applicable.

We dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the item ordered. You will receive tracking information where available.

• UK Orders: Typically delivered within 2–5 working days.
• International Orders: Transit times vary; we’ll advise based on destination and courier selected.

• Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
• Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses may incur additional charges.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

Ballybrakes Bowls is not liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These may include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, extreme weather, industrial disputes, war, government restrictions, or courier disruptions.
